Arkansas Primary: Back to May?

Rep. Jon Woods (R) and Rep. Nathan George (D) are carrying the banner to move the Arkansas presidential primary back to May, after the less than successful experiment to give the state more sway in primary matters by moving the vote up to February. This is a worthy idea whose time has come, at least until someone gets the bright idea in 2015 to move the 2016 presidential primary up to February, and we can go through this whole thing all over again.
