Three of Advance Arkansas Institute’s ‘Uncover Obamacare’ town halls are now in the books. All of the forums have been heavily attended by Arkansans who are concerned about the impact of Obamacare on their lives and small businesses.
After today’s Heber Springs forum, health care expert and town hall panelist Christie Herrera of the Foundation for Government Accountability said:
I always enjoy coming to Arkansas, although it’s often a little surprising to discover that the opinion of the people about health care issues differ so greatly from the opinions of those who represent them. AAI is doing a wonderful job bridging the gap between taxpayers and their legislators. I’m proud to be a part of this educational movement.
There’s one more chance to attend an Uncover Obamacare event: tonight, the full group of panelists will be in Van Buren at the Crawford County Library. The forum will start at 5:30 and will include dinner. For more information and direction, visit AdvanceArkansas.org.
