It’s Young Republicans versus Young Democrats, throwing down at the Arkansas Decides ’08 Political Issue Debate on September 30 at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. The event is sponsored by UALR Young Republicans and UALR Law School Young Democrats.

Here’s the link with all the time and place details, and where you can submit questions for consideration by the debate moderators.

As an added bonus, if you and your street tough buddies are looking for some nerds to beat up, they’ll all be conveniently co-located at this event. Everybody wins!

No, I’m just kidding. Arkansas Project contributor Dan Greenberg’s involved, so you just know it’s gotta be cool. (Kinkade snorts)

The debate will be followed by a rousing game of Dungeons and Dragons. Those not well versed in Dungeon and Dragons may participate in the spelling bee. Dan Greenberg the Arkansas state adult spelling bee champion will be on hand to sign autographs.

Yeah, these guys are real nerds. By the way, I hope I can make it with my flip video camera and post about the action on my blog.

It should actually be pretty interesting. The UALR Law School YDs are really good at putting forums together and getting speakers.
