“I have a hard time swallowing this one,” said Sen. Terry Smith, D-Hot Springs.

This is an awesome quote when you consider that Terry Smith uses smokeless tobacco! HA!

  • David, I asked your mother how this would impact her business if it became law. She said it would completely end the practices of giving genital massages. However, she said she’d still be able to give anal massages if the client had a prescription from a doctor.

Bill, thanks so much for checking up on that. It’s timely information, as I was just getting ready to help your mother develop a business plan for those exact services. She said she was tired of “giving it away for free” down at the homeless shelter.

That’s Bill’s mom? Wow! Bill, she has talent and you should be proud. I often piss my pants, roll in ashes and then smear dog crap on myself just to appear homeless so I can get in on that action! Talent, I mean talent! And also, she can remove her teeth.

Today in the House, Rep. Beverly Pyle — in the course of discussing her bill that would regulate massage therapy — noted that the massage board “thought they were untouchable” and had attempted to pass a “sensitive” rules change.

    Her bill passed anyway.
