Stuff from Around Arkansas, March 2

Radio, Radio: Iconic radio storyteller Paul Harvey, age 175, died this weekend. Will Mike Huckabee take his place? If this means he’ll drop the FOX News show, I endorse it. (Arkansas Times)
Big Boss Man: AP analysis details Gov. Mike Beebe’s influence on establishment of state lottery, which should surprise no one since House Speaker Robert “Robbie” Wills never makes a move without securing Beebe’s OK first. (AP)
Trackback: Now Gov. Beebe says he’ll unveil a website to allow tracking of federal stimulus funds spent in Arkansas, which should really be something since I’m pretty sure they’ll be distributing the money by flying over the state and dropping big bags of money out of a helicopter. (Talk Business)
Collegebound: Columnist David Sanders does not like this bill to undo the electoral college one bit, no sir. (Arkansas News Bureau)
Twitterman: If Blake Rutherford loves Twitter so much, why doesn’t he just marry it? (Blake’s Think Tank)
Original, DK.
Yeah, the standards are dropping over here pretty rapidly, aren’t they?

Ive been reading Mark Martins blog. That dude loves some graphs and charts. I do too. Heres one of my favorite websites. http://www.jamphat.com/rap/
Oh, and I cant remember what exactly, but Linda Cailliout screwed up something again in todays column. Go Linda!
I thought you might say, “If he loves Twitter so much why doesn’t he make out with it.” That would have been more AP-esque. But you spoiled us all with your Arkansas Week post so everything is probably a let down from hereon.
Thank you, Br549, for giving me a link to a site that ate up a large chunk of my time this afternoon that might have been used for something otherwise productive. Naturally I dug it.
