Obama to Open Arkansas Office

According to this AP report, Democratic presidential hopeful Barack Obama will open an Arkansas campaign office in Little Rock soon. Any word on an Arkansas campaign headquarters from the John McCain campaign?

It’s widely assumed that Obama stands little chance of carrying Arkansas. Good investment or waste of resources? Is the McCain camp taking Arkansas for granted? (Story notes down below that McCain will be in Rogers on Friday).
