New Report From CFA Highlights Problems With Bell Amendments
Our friends over at Conduit For Action has released a new report that will be of interest to anyone following the debate over reauthorizing the Obamacare “private” option. According to CFA’s research, the Bell amendments fail to address many of the major problems with the PO. In fact, according to CFA, the language is written in a way that would allow a possible restart of the PO without any restrictions on July 1, 2015 — even if one of the “triggers” that is supposed to end the program is fired.
