McCain and Co. In Missouri

I mentioned last week that John McCain, Mike Huckabee, Mitt Romney and others would be making a campaign swing through nearby O’Fallon, Missouri, on their way to the GOP convention. McCain’s VP pick Gov. Sarah Palin was along for the ride as well.

And yes, Huckabee gets off one of his patented memorable wisecracks when asked about Palin: “She had more votes getting to be the mayor of Wasilla, Alaska, than Joe Biden had in the presidential race.”
