Asa for Dole in North Carolina
From the “Arkansans On the Campaign Trail” File: Former Rep. Asa Hutchinson (for whom I worked on the ’06 governor’s campaign) is making the rounds today and tomorrow in North Carolina on behalf of Republican Sen. Elizabeth Dole.
Dole appears to enjoy a lead of six points or so over her Democratic opponent, though still hovering below 50 percent. (On closer inspection of that link, I see that a Democratic firm polling in North Carolina gives a tiny lead to the challenger, Kay Hagan. Make of that what you will.)
