By the way, I don’t know what the hell is up with those ad panels over there in the right-hand column, either. The Google ad program matches the ads to the site’s content, more or less, but I don’t know why we get ads from left-wing hit sites on John McCain, Sarah Palin, and, for some reason, Sen. Mitch McConnell. I also don’t know why there’s a bridal shop ad in the rotation, unless I’ve just completely misread my demographics and The Arkansas Project readership is comprised mostly of 22-year-old girls.
One day I’ll see if I can customize the ad selection to the site’s content and audience a little more closely. Live with it for now.
Afterthought: Now that I think about it, the bridal ads must somehow be tied to those inexplicably popular posts about the Duggar kid getting married. Mystery solved!
