There are a lot of different ab exercises which you
can do. Therefore the idea of specifically burning off
a certain spot of fat on your body is ridiculous. This only makes you fatter
in the long run, when you start to eat normal again.

If a trimmer midsection is your goal, remember to address the
issue with an eye toward health first and appearance second.

These lower back muscles are critical to good posture.

In the end the truth about abs is that they are a muscle group just like the chest that
needs to be trained heavy and hard. It is important that you exhale, not inhale which others get
often confused about. When the fittest truely did survive, a long time ago, and the weak and unable
perished, people lived, ate, thought, and exercised differently.
