Wisconsin Couple Cracks Lottery Formula?
A Wisconsin accountant and his wife hit the lottery jackpot FOUR TIMES, each twice collecting a $350,000 prize in the last week. Yes, you read that right: They hit the $350,000 jackpot four times in a week for a grand total of $1.4 million. It’s all in this AP story.
He claims that he’s “a big fan of math puzzles” and that he’s refined a winning formula for playing the lottery, and he’s considering securing a patent.
It all sounds pretty suspect, and a mathematics professor is quoted saying that he doubts it’s possible. Still, wouldn’t it be par for the course for Arkansas to get into the lottery business right about the same time that some jackass figures out how to crack the code?
