J.R. Dallas to Seek House District 63 Seat
J.R. Dallas of Fort Smith, former head of the Arkansas Air National Guard 188th Fighter Wing, will announce Monday that he's running for the Arkansas House of Representatives seat representing District 63, according to the City Wire in Fort Smith.
