I hear this Tom Cotton fellow is getting in the race in August. I’d put my money on him to win this primary. In fact, depending on how the national winds blow, he has a good chance to be our next U.S. Senator.

“Hendren said earlier at the forum that he believed the amendment had made the Senate less responsive to the people” Seriously? Somehow not being elected by the people would make you more responsive to them? I wonder if he realizes we would never (at least for a while) have a Republican senator from Arkansas if this was the case.

It is great that so many want to be involved – I just wish some of these unknown/untested Republican candidates would look at some of the local races.
