Thank you for your, uh, kind, yeah, kind words. Just a couple of side notes to Wednesday's book signings.

1. There were only two of the approx. 20 employees at B&N who were happy to see Huck and the big pile of conservative dollars entering the cash register. They were the store manager and someone who appeared to be a district manager. Both could see their Christmas bonuses (or is that bonae?) getting fatter.

DumbArkie overheard one employee, who was wearing a double-studded nose ring through the columella, respond to the question "what are all these people doing here?" In an I'm-so-much-smarter-than-these-troglodytes tone, "they're here for Mike Huckabee."

DumbArkie could tell that none of these English majors were happy about this situation. Of course, they're probably never truly happy because they work at friggin' Barnes & Noble and they're so much smarter than that!

2. KARK's coverage included DumbArkie and his daughters with the Huck.

Well, DumbArkie, you may be dumb, but you're reliable, and a man of your word. Thanks for the upload.

Okay, here's the video. And it's only video lest DumbArkie's identity be revealed. However, you can see how happy Huck was to meet DumbArkie.

NEWS FLASH: I went to the book signing tonight. I'll be posting some video on youtube later.

Oh by the way David, not to worry about Huck leaping "across the table and lodg(ing) that pen in (your) windpipe." It was more of lectern which he probably couldn't have cleared and the pen was a felt tip.
